关于推荐2016-2017学年“优秀来华留学生奖学金”人选的通知
Excellent Foreign Students' Scholarship in JiNan University of 2016-2017
各学院 、各研究生培养单位：
为激励来华留学生勤奋学习，努力进取，教育部决定2016/2017学年在我校评选“优秀来华留学生奖学金”。现就有关评选事宜通知如下：
In order to encourage the excellent foreign students all over the world to study at JiNan University, the Ministry of Education (MOE) has set up a scholarship program for excellent foreign students. The relevant requirements are hereby notified as follows.
一、奖学金名额
根据外国留学生人数，我校共有3个面向研究生的奖学金名额。
According to the number of foreign graduate students in our university, the Ministry of Education (MOE) provides 3 scholarship winners for the 2016-2017 academic year.
二、申请条件
1. 研究生二年级（含）以上全日制，学习成绩优异，无不及格及违纪现象，具备较强的学习研究能力。
2.对华态度友好，在华表现优秀。
3.遵纪守法，身心健康，全面发展。
4.积极参加各项文体活动或社会实践活动；有突出事迹者优先。
5.同等条件下，家庭经济条件困难者优先。
Eligibility for application
The applicant must satisfy following conditions：
1.Graduate students（except for freshman）.
2. Foreign students at their own expenses.
3. Passed in all subjects and no disciplinary records in the last academic year.
4. If applicants with same conditions, students from families that with financial difficulty could be considered first.
三、奖学金金额
提供一次性奖励： 30,000元/一学年
Scholarship Amount：￥30000 per year
四、申报程序
个人申请（即日起-6月23日）→院系初评推荐（6月24日）→学校评审（6月25日-6月28日）→中国国家留学基金委员会审定并确定最终获奖名单
Detailed Application Process:
Application by individuals （June17-23)→Selecting candidates by college(June 24)→Approval of recommended applicants by Student Affairs Office（June25-28)→Reconfirmation final awards list by China Scholarship Council.
五、申请材料：
（1）《暨南大学优秀外国留学生奖学金申请表》（电子填写，请勿手写）
（2）在学证明(研究生培养管理办公室开具版本)
（3）在校期间的成绩单(研究生培养管理办公室开具版本)
（4）三张个人彩色证件照
The necessary materials for application include:
（1）Application Form For Jinan University Excellent Foreign Students Scholarship（Download from this website）
（2）Student certificate（Academic Affairs Office）
（3）Postgraduate programme official transcript of academic record（Academic Affairs Office）
（4）Three identification photos（passport standard）
Please hand in the above materials to your counselor assistant who is responsible for the scholarship before 23th June, overdue is inadmissible.
请各院系根据条件推荐留学生，并于2016年6月24日下班前将推荐学生的申请材料送交研究生院办公室（行政楼424室），联系电话：85228715（肖老师）。
