2015年11月10日，我院邀请Prof. Raoul R. Nigmatullin于南海楼727进行了学术交流。学者来自Radioelectronic measurements and information technologies department
Kazan National Research Technical University，Kazan，Tatarstan，Russia。此次讲座交流的主题为New approaches in dielectric spectroscopy based on the fractional kinetics。
本次讲座，Prof. Raoul R. Nigmatullin结合自己丰富的科研经验，从the fractional kinetics方向入手，首先向同学介绍了dielectric spectroscopy的发展背景，使得同学们对dielectric spectroscopy的发展有了全面的认识。
讲座的主要内容分为两个部分：
Part.1. The derivation of the Cole-Davidson and Navrilyak-Negami functions and their possible generalizations.
Part 2. Corrections to the power-law dependence of ac conductivity in ion-conducting materials due to “electrode polarization” effect.
讲座过程中，学生们与学者积极交流，讲座现场学术交流气氛活跃。
