关于评选2011-2012年度优秀自费来华留学生奖学金的通知
各学院 、各研究生培养直属单位：
教育部于2009/2010学年起设立了优秀自费生奖学金，用于资助经济困难的优秀自费来华留学生。鉴于此奖学金项目的良好效果，教育部决定2012/2013学年在我校设立该奖学金。现就有关评选事宜通知如下：
In order to encourage the excellent foreign self-funded students all over the world to study at JiNan University, the Ministry of Education (MOE) has set up a scholarship program for excellent foreign self-funded students. The relevant requirements are hereby notified as follows.
一、奖学金名额
根据自费外国留学生人数，我校共有8个面向研究生的奖学金名额。
According to the number of foreign self-funded graduate students in our university, the Ministry of Education (MOE) provides 8 scholarship winners for the 2012-2013 academic year.
二、提供对象
原则上向全日制硕士研究生和博士研究生（不含毕业班学生）、品学兼优、学位课程成绩单科在70分以上、平均分超过75分、没有课程重修、有经济困难的自费留学生提供（有科研成果者或参与志愿服务者优先考虑）。2010-2011年度已获得其他奖助学金的学生除外。
Eligibility for application
The applicant must satisfy following conditions：
1.Graduate students （except senior）.
2.Degree achievement award in 70 or more points，average score more than 75 points, and no make up courses.
3. Family financial difficulty students.
4.Have scientific research or participate in voluntary service is preferred.
5.Have not gained any other scholarship during this academic year(2010-2011).
三、奖学金金额
2012/2013学年生活费（以五个月计算），硕士研究生标准：1700元/月，共8500元；博士研究生标准：2000元/月，共10000元。
Scholarship Amount（total to 5 months）.Master graduate students:￥1700 per month，￥8500 per year. Doctoral students:￥2000 per month，￥10000 per year.
四、申报程序
个人申请→院系初评推荐→学校评审→校内公示→基金委审定

Individual application→College selection→University selection→Scholar public list→China scholarship council reconfirmation
The necessary materials for application include:
（1）Application Form For Jinan University Excellent Foreign Students Scholarship（Download from this website）
（2）Student certificate（Academic Affairs Office）
（3）Postgraduate programme official transcript of academic record（Academic Affairs Office）
Please hand in the above materials to your counselor assistant who is responsible for the scholarship before 15th June, overdue is inadmissible.
请各院系根据条件推荐留学生，并于2012年6月14日下班前将推荐学生的申请材料送交研究生院办公室（行政楼430室），联系电话：85228715（肖老师）。
